GigGenius User Agreement

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and GigGenius.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account and submit a copy of your ID or Business Registration. Account creation, job posting, applying to jobs, and inviting freelancers are free. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify GigGenius immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Services by any third party. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other malicious code.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Services.
• Using the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Soliciting clients or freelancers outside of the GigGenius platform. Any user found to be circumventing the platform to conduct transactions directly with clients or freelancers will be subject to immediate account suspension or termination.

The Services and their content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Services without the express written consent of GigGenius.

GigGenius will retain a 10% commission on all freelancer earnings processed through the platform.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GigGenius does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall GigGenius be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold GigGenius harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of this Agreement.

GigGenius may terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason that violates this user agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic Act of the Philippines.

GigGenius may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated Agreement on the Services and notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
